This policy explains what personal information DataSpark collects when you use our website, buy data, open an account or run a reseller store, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Order details: the mobile number receiving data, the network and bundle chosen, the amount paid, payment reference and order status.
Contact details: your email address (required for guest purchases so we can send a receipt) and, if you register, your name and phone number.
Account activity: login details (your password is stored in protected form, never in plain text), wallet transactions and, for store owners, store settings, sales, earnings and withdrawal details.
Technical data: basic information such as IP address, browser type and request logs, used to keep the service secure and working.

2. How we use it

To process payments and deliver the bundles you order.
To send receipts and respond to support requests.
To run accounts, wallets, reseller stores and withdrawals.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and errors, and to keep the platform secure.
To meet legal and accounting obligations.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. Your card or Mobile Money credentials are entered on Paystack’s secure payment page and are not stored by us. We keep the payment reference and result so we can match payments to orders.

4. Who we share it with

Payment provider (Paystack) to take and confirm payments.
Data suppliers and mobile networks, who receive the recipient number and bundle so the data can be delivered.
Infrastructure providers that host our database and website on our behalf.
Authorities, where the law requires it or to protect against fraud.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as needed to provide support, resolve disputes and meet legal and accounting requirements. Account information is kept while your account is active.

6. Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections and server-side payment verification to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please keep your login details private.

7. Your rights

Under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

8. Cookies and similar technology

Our public pages do not use advertising trackers. Signed-in areas use browser storage to keep you logged in.

9. Children

Our service is intended for adults and for use with a guardian’s permission. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without consent.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
